Are Foo Fighters band of the year?

Classic Rock Magazine have nominated Foo Fighters in the Band Of The Year category for their Classic Rock Roll Of Honour (presented by Marshall, in association with Play.com). Voting is now open, and can be done either by picking up a copy of Classic Rock Magazine or by visiting their website.

Foos up for MTV EMA

MTV are accepting nominations from the public for their much coveted Europe Music Awards 2008. From now until Sunday 21st September, votes are being accepted for any band across several categories. After this date, the top five nominees in each category will be announced and voting will continue for the five final nominees. This voting will continue right up to the show itself.
