Biography
Kasabian are a 5-piece rock band from Leicester, UK. Their name is taken from the surname of the getaway driver in the second of the Tate-Labianca murders.
Their musical style is rock n roll with a sprinkling of electro and psychedelia, similar to Primal Scream - although front man Tom Meighan has more in common with Liam Gallacher than Bobby Gillespie. Other members of the group are Sergio Pizzorno (guitar and vocals), Chris Edwards (bass), Jay Mehler (keyboards and guitar) and Ian Matthews (drums).
The band have supported such acts as Oasis as well as completing their own headline tours.
