Great single, better B-sides
I'm not usually keen on buying CD singles, but I have been following Kasabian for most of their career and I know that they're incredibly good both live and acoustic.
Cutt Off is a good single, although this version is slightly different to the album version, lacking the synth ending, cutting the song short. Lyrically, it seems to make little sense, but it is the chanting chorus and seemingly non sensical lyrics that make the song so likeable.
The acoustic version of 'Processed Beats' is incredible and probably even better than the original recorded version. Complete with bongo drums and Tom Meighan's distinctive voice, it shows that even the band's more dance-influenced tracks can suit the acoustic tre... Read full review »
