Biography

Take one part Bruce Springsteen, one part Pet Shop Boys, and one part Roy Orbison and you have yourself The Killers. Vacillating between stadium rock and hi-NRG dance, their music is an unusual mix but one that has gained the band worldwide stardom.

Fronted by the stylish Brandon Flowers, their penchant for the flamboyant end of rock is borne of their Las Vegas roots. Other members of the band are Dave Keuning (guitar), Mark Stoermer (bass guitar) and Ronnie Vannucci Jr. (percussion, drums, moustaches). Their debut album, Hot Fuss, went 4 times platinum earning the World's Best Selling New Group award 2005 and the group's massively quick rise in popularity earned them a headline slot at Glastonbury Festival 2007 after just two albums.
